The Site is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 21 years old and of legal drinking age where you live. By confirming your age when you enter, you tell us that’s true. Please don’t share the Site’s content with anyone under the legal drinking age.

Pedro Furtivo is a spirit for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow the laws where you live. If you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition, ask a doctor before drinking alcohol. Nothing on the Site is meant to encourage excessive or irresponsible drinking, and our cocktail recipes are meant for adults to enjoy in moderation.

The Site shares information about Pedro Furtivo; it doesn’t sell alcohol or take orders. Shop links take you to the Sneaky Pete Spirits shop or to licensed retailers, where purchases, payment, age verification, shipping and returns are handled under their own terms and the laws of your state. Availability, prices and shipping depend on where you live and may change without notice.

We work to keep product details, tasting notes, awards, events and other information accurate, but they may change and may contain errors. Awards and ratings are reported as of the date they were announced. Events can change or be canceled, and the details from an event’s host or ticketing page control. Photos and label images are for illustration; the product you buy may look different.

Pedro Furtivo, Sneaky Pete, the crowned fox crest, the label designs, our logos, text, photos, videos, recipes and the Site’s design belong to Sneaky Pete Spirits, LLC or its affiliates and licensors, and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content, or use our names or marks for any commercial purpose or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Sharing a link to the Site, or one of our social media posts with the platform’s own sharing tools, is welcome.

You agree not to:

• use the Site if you are under the legal drinking age, or help anyone under that age get past the age check;
• break any law when using the Site, including alcohol laws;
• send spam, false information or someone else’s personal details through our forms;
• copy or harvest content or data from the Site with automated tools, except search engines that follow our robots.txt;
• interfere with the Site’s security or operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to get around its spam protection;
• send or upload anything unlawful, harmful, infringing or offensive.

When you use a form or subscribe to the newsletter, you confirm that the information is yours and accurate. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them without any obligation or payment to you. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to and embeds content from other services, such as the Sneaky Pete Spirits shop, retailers, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNEAKY PETE SPIRITS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sneaky Pete Spirits, LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may change these Terms, and change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business change. The Spanish version of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy is a courtesy translation; if the versions differ, the English version controls.
